Dr. Joyce and her husband Sean (the practice manager) have been married for over 20 years and moved to Evansville in 1995. They regularly support a wide-range of non-profit organizations and ministries in the greater Evansville area. During spare time, they enjoy travel, sports (Indianapolis Colts), movies, music, attending church, and spending time with friends and family.

Dental Associates began as a multi-group practice established in the late 1980’s. In 1995 Dr. Joyce joined the practice (west side office) in 1995. In 1998 she purchased the west side office. The office started out with 1200 square feet, 3 chairs, herself, Sean and one assistant. Fast forward to October of 2015 when we opened our new office at our current location on Pearl Drive. We now have an amazing new facility that is over 2800 square feet, where we have 6 chairs, and an amazing veteran team which give our patients a new and enhanced dental experience that will serve them, us, Evansville’s west side and the tri-state area for the next 20 years and beyond.

Our practice focuses on relationships of all types as it is the core of what we have built our practice on. Whether that is dentist/staff to patient, staff to staff, or with our vendors and suppliers or patient’s employers and insurance companies, we strive to maintain and grow those relationships to better serve the needs of our patients.

One particular type of relationships that we have nurtured over the years is our relationships with the dental specialists of the community who we partner with to provide the best quality of care to our patients. We work in concert with these professional specialists to get our patients in as quickly as possible and communicate the needs of our patients.

The backbone to our practice is our incredible staff! We use a ‘team approach’ and work well together. Our consistency, continuity, and familiarity among each other are some of our biggest assets in providing the level of award-winning service people have come to expect at Dental Associates West.
